Follow these steps to add a digital product to your Temzli shop. Go to Store Manager > Products > Add New.

1. Select Product Type #
Since this is a digital product, mark your product as Downloadable and Virtual.

2. Add Product Title and Keywords #
Include relevant keywords in the product title to help with search engine optimization (SEO).
Example: “Notion Planner – Customizable Digital Planner for Productivity”
3. Add Price #
Refer to the Temzli Pricing Guidelines to determine the minimum price for your product category.
Example: If it’s a basic template, you might price it at $9 for personal use.
4. Add Short Description #
This is a brief summary of your product that appears at the top of the product page.
Example: “This Notion Planner is a fully customizable digital tool designed to help you organize your tasks, set goals, and boost productivity.”

5. Add Full Description #
Provide a detailed description of your product, its features, and how customers can use it.
Example: “This Notion Planner is perfect for students, professionals, and anyone looking to organize their day-to-day tasks. It includes customizable templates for daily, weekly, and monthly planning. You can also track your goals, habits, and projects seamlessly in one place. The planner is fully digital and works with any device that supports Notion. Start getting organized today!”

6. Upload Images #
Upload high-quality images of your product. Depending on your plan, you may have a limit on how many images you can upload (e.g., 4 for the Basic Plan).
Include screenshots of the digital planner in use or mockups showing the product’s design.
For images on Temzli, they are displayed in a square format, so it’s important to upload images that maintain this aspect ratio for the best presentation. Here’s what you need to know:
- Recommended Image Size: 2000 x 2000 pixels (this ensures high-quality display on all devices).
- Minimum Image Size: 1000 x 1000 pixels (to maintain clarity without pixelation).
- File Size Limit: Each image file can be up to 20 MB.
- File Types: Use high-quality formats like JPEG or PNG for clear visuals.
Ensure your images are well-cropped and optimized for fast loading while still maintaining quality.

7. Choose Category #
Choose the appropriate category for your product (e.g., Planners).

8. Add Tags #
Tags help customers find your product through search. Make them relevant and descriptive.
Example Tags:
- notion planner
- digital planner
- productivity planner
- task management
- goal tracking
- customizable planner
- notion template
- daily planner
- weekly planner
- project planner
- digital organization
- study planner
- planner template
9. Set Inventory #
Ensure your product inventory is set correctly, especially if you are limiting the number of sales for exclusive products.

10. Upload Your Downloadable Product #
Ensure your file name is clear and easy for customers to identify when they download it.
Example File Name: “notion_planner_download” This helps your customers locate the file easily in their downloads folder.

11. Set Your Tax Rate #
- Tax Settings:
- Standard Rate: This is used for most digital goods.Reduced Rate: Applied to specific goods/services depending on local laws.Zero Rate: Some products may be exempt from tax in certain countries.

12. Add Attributes #
These help improve your product’s visibility on the internet. Add details like “digital format,” “planner type,” “template style,” etc.
Example: Add attributes like “Digital Download” or “Notion-Compatible.”

13. Add Upsells and Cross-Sells (Ultimate Plan) #
Cross-Sells: Promote related products to encourage customers to purchase more.
Example: If you’re selling Instagram Post Templates, add a cross-sell for an Instagram Stories Template.
Upsells: Recommend more advanced or complementary products.
Example: If you have another social media marketing template, you can offer it as an upsell.

14. Set Up SEO #
- Focus Keyword: Choose a primary keyword that reflects your product. Example Focus Keyword: “Notion Planner”
- Meta Description: Write a short meta description that summarizes your product and helps it rank in search results (max 156 characters). Example Meta Description: “Download this customizable Notion Planner to organize your tasks, track goals, and boost productivity for school, work, or personal use.”

15. Enable Reviews #
Allow customer reviews to boost your product’s visibility and credibility on Temzli. Positive reviews help increase sales and rankings.

16. Add Notes (Optional) #
You can include a note for customers, such as a discount code for their next purchase.
Example: “Thank you for your purchase! Use code ‘SAVE10’ for 10% off your next purchase!”
