How to withdrawal your money

Withdrawing your earnings from your Temzli shop is simple and straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Set Up Your Payment Method #

Before you can withdraw money, make sure you have set up your preferred payment method:

  1. Log in to your Temzli Vendor Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings and navigate to Payment Settings.
  3. Choose your preferred withdrawal method from the following options:
    • PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address.
    • Bank Transfer: Enter your bank account details (including IBAN/SWIFT if necessary).
    • Stripe: Connect your Stripe account for direct payouts.
  4. Save your payment details to ensure a smooth withdrawal process.

2. Navigate to the Payments Section #

  1. From your Vendor Dashboard, go to the Payments section.
  2. This section will show your current balance, pending payouts, and payment history.

3. Request a Withdrawal #

If your account balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold set by Temzli, follow these steps:

  1. In the Payments section, click on the Request Withdrawal button.
  1. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Stripe).
  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (you can withdraw the full balance or part of it, depending on your preference).
  3. Confirm your request by clicking Submit.

4. Review Withdrawal Status #

Once you’ve submitted a withdrawal request, it will be processed by Temzli.

You can track the status of your withdrawal request in the Payments section under Withdrawal History. The status will change from Pending to Completed once the payout is processed.

5. Processing Time #

PayPal and Stripe withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

Bank Transfers may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank and country.

6. Minimum Withdrawal Amount #

Temzli may have a minimum threshold for withdrawals ($50). Make sure your balance meets this minimum before requesting a withdrawal.

7. Fees and Charges #

Some payment methods (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer) may charge a small processing fee, which will be deducted from your total withdrawal amount. Always check if any fees apply to your chosen payment method.
