You can also choose to receive email notifications when a new review is posted.
Like comments, all reviews are public. You’ll be able to see who shared it and can reach out directly to resolve any issues. You can also respond to reviews publicly, allowing you to address customer concerns or show appreciation.
Responding to Product Reviews #
As a shop owner, you can respond to customer reviews directly. When replying to a review, you can edit or delete your response at any time. Please note that deleting your response will not remove the original customer review.
