Accessing Your Digital Purchase #
The great thing about digital products? No waiting time! As soon as your payment is confirmed, your purchase will be available for download directly in your account.
To find your order:
- Log in to your Temzli account.
- Go to Downloads (located in your profile menu).
- Click on the order to access your files.
Didn’t Receive Your Files? #
If you can’t find your downloads, try the following:
- Check your email – You should have received a confirmation email with a direct download link.
- Look in the right account – Make sure you’re logged into the correct Temzli account (the one used for the purchase).
- Wait a few minutes – Sometimes payments take a little longer to process.
