Sometimes things don’t go as expected, but don’t worry—we’re here to help! Whether you’re having trouble downloading your purchase or need to contact a vendor, follow these steps to resolve your issue.
Finding Your Download #
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link for your purchase. You can also access your files anytime in your Temzli account:
- Log in to your Temzli account.
- Go to Downloads (located in your profile menu).
- Click on the order to download your files.
If you can’t find your email, check your spam folder or make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
Contacting a Vendor #
If you need to get in touch with a vendor (seller) on Temzli, you can do so easily by following these steps:
- Find the vendor’s shop
- Navigate to the product page of the item you purchased or are interested in.
- Scroll down to the section where the vendor’s name or shop is displayed.
- Click on their name to visit their shop page.
- Contact the vendor
- On the vendor’s shop page, look for the Inquiry button (usually in the banner at the top).
- Click the Inquiry button to open a messaging form.
- Write your message
- Enter your message, including relevant details like the product name or the issue you’re experiencing.
- When you’re done, click Submit.
- Wait for a response
- The vendor will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.
- You’ll be notified via email or in your Temzli inbox when they reply.
This is the best way to ask product-related questions, request customizations, or resolve any issues with a purchase.
