How to edit, remove, duplicate or view your products

Managing your products on Temzli is easy with a variety of features that allow you to quickly edit, view, duplicate, or remove products from your shop. Here’s a guide to each of these features:

1. Quick Edit #

Allows you to make quick changes to essential product details without opening the full product editor.

  • Go to your Products page in the Vendor Dashboard.
  • Find the product you want to modify.
  • Click Quick Edit to adjust product information like price, SKU, stock, and more.

2. View #

Lets you view the live product page as customers see it.

  • Go to the Products list.
  • Click View under the product name to open the product page in a new tab.

3. Mark Featured #

Highlights your product as a “Featured Product” in your store, increasing its visibility.

  • Go to your product list.
  • Click Mark Featured to set that product as featured. It will now appear more prominently in your store.

4. Duplicate #

Creates a copy of an existing product, which is helpful when creating multiple similar products.

  • From the Products list, find the product you want to copy.
  • Click Duplicate to create an identical product that you can edit and rename.

5. Edit #

Opens the full product editor where you can change all details about the product (e.g., title, description, images, price, inventory).

  • Go to the Products list.
  • Click Edit beneath the product name to open the full product editor.

6. Archive Product #

Temporarily removes the product from your store without permanently deleting it. Useful if you plan to relist the product in the future.

  • Find the product you want to archive.
  • Click Archive Product to hide the product from your shop. It will remain in your dashboard and can be restored later.

7. Delete #

Permanently removes a product from your store and dashboard.

  • Go to the Products list.
  • Click Delete to permanently remove the product. Be careful—this action cannot be undone.

How to Access These Features: #

  1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Products section.
  3. Hover over any product in the list to see the options: Quick Edit, View, Mark Featured, Duplicate, Edit, Archive, or Delete.

By using these features, you can efficiently manage your store’s products, keeping your shop organized and up-to-date.
