If a customer requests a refund or you need to issue one, Temzli offers a simple way to process refunds directly from your Vendor Dashboard. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to refund customers:
1. Access the Orders Section #
Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
Navigate to the Orders section in the menu. This will display a list of all your completed and pending orders.

2. Find the Order to Refund #
In the Orders section, locate the order you want to refund. You can search by order number, customer name, or product.
Once you’ve found the order, click on it to view the order details.

3. Select the Refund Option #
At the bottom of the order details page, you will see an option to Refund the order.
Click on the Refund button to start the refund process.
4. Enter Refund Amount #
You can choose to refund the full amount or a partial amount.
- For a full refund, enter the total order value.
- For a partial refund, enter the amount you wish to refund. This is useful if only one item from the order is being returned.
You can also adjust the quantity of refunded items, and if necessary, add a reason for the refund (optional but recommended for record-keeping).

5. Process the Refund #
After entering the refund amount and details, click Submit Refund to process the transaction.
If the payment was made via PayPal, Stripe, or another integrated payment gateway, the refund will be processed automatically, and the customer will receive the amount back in their original payment method.
6. Confirm Refund Status #
Once the refund is processed, the order status will change to Refunded (for a full refund) or Partially Refunded (for a partial refund).
You can view the refund details anytime by revisiting the order in your Orders list.
