Experiencing a Technical Issue? #
We define a technical issue as an unexpected problem with a digital product that prevents you from using it as intended. For example, if you purchased a planner and it doesn’t download or open correctly, this would be a technical issue. However, insufficient knowledge of required software, not having the correct software, or dissatisfaction with the product outside of its described capabilities are not considered technical issues.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact the seller directly as they are the most familiar with their product. Most sellers are happy to help resolve issues! If the seller doesn’t respond within 48 business hours, you can submit a support ticket and we’ll assist you.

Product Exchange Policy #
We offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Version: If you bought the wrong version (e.g., PDF instead of editable format), please purchase the correct product and provide your order number. We’ll refund the original product.
- Wrong Credit Card: If you used the wrong card, repurchase the item with the correct card, and contact us for a refund on the first purchase.
Please note, all exchanges must be requested within the 3-day window.
Product Refund Policy #
As our products are digital and non-returnable, refunds are limited to the following situations within 3 days of purchase:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased two of the same product, we will refund the duplicate.
- Technical Issues: If the seller cannot resolve a confirmed technical issue, we will process a refund.
- Misrepresentation: If the product delivered doesn’t match its description (e.g., missing promised features), we will issue a refund. However, dissatisfaction with subjective qualities like appearance is not grounds for a refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect software or lack of knowledge on how to use the product
- Download issues related to your internet connection
- Purchases made over 3 days ago
Chargeback & Dispute Policy #
We strive to ensure a smooth experience on Temzli, so if you have any issues with a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve it.
Please note that if a chargeback is filed, your account will be permanently closed and previous purchases will no longer be accessible. For PayPal disputes, your account will be disabled until the dispute is resolved.
If a chargeback was filed in error, please contact your bank or PayPal to rescind it. Once confirmed, we can reopen your account.
If your account was closed due to a chargeback you didn’t file, this may be due to your card being marked for fraud or loss. Please contact your bank to reverse the chargeback.
